Suunto Zoop Download

I am trying to download from a new computer. The program recognizes the cable, I select Suunto, and Zoop, a progress bar, 0-8192 (I assume that is number of entries) displays, but when I select "Download", nothing happens. The computer is set to "PC SET". Any suggestions?

Please send us the "Download logs" from your Download attempt and we'll take a look see.

Go to the DiveLogDT/Dive Log Manager main menu, select Preferences, select the Support tab. In the top section select "Suunto" and then click on "Email to Support". That will create an email message to us with the needed files already attached. Then you can add any information you want to the email and then just send it. We'll look at it and get back to you.
