suunto download error

Hi all - I just changed my battery on my Suunto D6i. I want to download my dives from my Suunto that captures my dives post-battery change. I use DiveLogDT Version 4.4.19 (4.137) and Mac OS v10.10. 5 (Yosemite). My sequence is always the same and has always worked. I open DiveLot DT, connect the computer via the dedicated cord to my Mac laptop. The computer screen shows <data transfer>. I click on <download> and get an error message, <Error downloading dives from dive computer - try again>.

Does anyone have suggestions? The only change is a new battery for the Suunto D6i. :?:

Hello Charlie,

Can you send us the "Download logs" so we can take a look? Open up the Preferences window and pick the Support tab. Then in the top section select "Suunto" from the dropdown menu and then click the "Email to Support" button. The app will then create an email message that you can then send to us and we'll take a look.
