New to DiveLogDT

I have DiveLog for IPhone and purchased DT for Mac. Spent hours loading data-personal, equipment, certification etc
Had trouble syncing to iPhone and lost all entered data except for dives.
Is there a way to insure data is saved?

Can you please contact us directly at our support email address (support 'at' moremobilesoftware 'dot' com) so that we can sort out the exact details of how best to recover the data that you entered but appear to have lost. Please provide the following details if possible:
1) Were did you originally add the information, on the iPhone or on the Mac.
2) Which synchronization method did you use (Wi-Fi or Cloud and if it was Cloud which service did you use such as iCloud Drive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
3) Please provide, if possible, the exact steps you took to enact the sync. Both Dive Log and DiveLogDT take backups along the way (typically only saving the most recent effort) so it is best if you can tell use where you are at some can provide details of ho two recover your data before it is lost.
4) Do you use a Time Machine backup for your Mac?
