Love the iPhone app, how about iPad version?

I'm guessing not enough volume to justify an iPad version, but I might as well ask.

My iPad is indispensable when doing technical work... i.e. product manuals, etc.

Any chance we could get an iPad version of Nitrox tools as well?

Hi,

We'd love to do an iPad optimized version of Nitrox Tools, but as you guessed it is a relatively low priority given the demand. That is not to say we will not do an iPad optimized version, we just need to find the time/resources to do a good job of it. Ultimately, any iPad optimized version of Nitrox Tools would try to take advantage of the additional screen size to have a more appropriate user interface for the iPad.

As I'm sure you know, the current version will install on iPad and will run in "iPhone compatibility" mode. I find that it works quite well if you choose the "2x" option so that it fills the whole screen. Hopefully that will work for you until we can get a more iPad centric design in place.

Cheers,

Greg

The just released version of Nitrox Tools supports the iPad in addition to iPhone.

You do need to running at least iOS 11 to update to the new version (the original version will still run on older versions of iOS).

This update includes native iPad support, device rotation, Dark Mode, iOS 13 and dynamic text size support. It is compatible with your settings and saved history and mixes from the previous versions so you should see all your previously saved data in the new interface.

Cheers,

Greg
