Dive Site Listing - Can You

Post by psyenz » Wed Aug 26, 2015 5:28 pm

Request to MMS: is it possible to import a listing of dive sites? For example, if you look at http://www.reefdiverscaymanbrac.com/dive-sites/ you can see a listing of all dive sites. As an instructor that move around a bit, it would be cool if you could simply import a listing of dive site names from a csv file for example. Is this possible?

This is not something that is possible in the current version of Dive Log, but it is something that we can look at adding in a future version of the software. Our Mac software (Dive Log DT from the Mac App Store and the licensed version of Dive Log Manager from our website) can search DiveBoard for dive sites and allow you to add them directly to your logbook (this is a feature that needs to migrate to Dive Log on iOS still).

Thanks for your input on this subject. We really appreciate hearing directly from users about features that would enhance their experience using Dive Log. It also makes it easier to prioritize our development as there are lots of things we want to do and fewer resources than we'd need to do al of them.
